The first step is to apply! You can take care of this online, over the phone, or in person. We’ll review your financial information to determine your eligibility and point you in the right direction.

We won’t keep you waiting! Once we review your financials, our Underwriter will verify your application, and if you're approved you’ll know exactly what you can afford before you start house shopping.

Once you’ve worked with your Realtor to find the perfect home, send us the fully executed sales contract, and we’ll take care of the next steps. We work closely with local real estate agents to make this collaboration a breeze. 

Inspections and Appraisal

Your agent will schedule an inspection to get a closer look at the home and discover any repairs it might need, both now and down the road. Meanwhile, we’ll schedule a home appraisal to get an accurate market value of your new property.

Our Underwriter will review the appraisal report when it comes back. Then, they’ll check the property details and value against the loan guidelines. 

Clear to Close

Clear to Close

After reviewing the final closing costs and settlement numbers, our Underwriter will send the complete loan package to the closing department. This serves as their final approval and means you’re one step closer to getting your keys!

Final Walkthrough

Final Walkthrough

You and your agent tour the property one last time to approve the condition of the home, making sure it’s the same or better than it was when you signed the initial sales contract.

This is why we do what we do! When everything’s complete, you’ll review and sign your final closing documents at the settlement agent’s office. Once they record your closing documents, you’re free to enjoy your new home!
